A strength building class from the floor. We will use bells, bands and more throughout this low impact floor class.
A high intensity, low impact, ballet inspired class
Monday: 9AM and 5PM
A full kettlebell only workout making for the perfect combination of cardio and strength.

Taking measurements is a vital part of checking progress & it is always available to our members.
**NOTE: It is important to schedule your assessment BEFORE your workout, assessments will not be completed after a workout**
Goal Setting Appointment
We invite all new members to schedule an initial goal assessment. We will take your initial measurements & discuss in detail your goals and the ways in which you would like to be held accountable.
Please plan for this meeting to last approximately 30 minutes.
Follow Up: Goal Check-In
A one-on-one thirty minute, sit down to check-in with you regarding nutrition, goals, assessments, obstacles and successes.
Currently only available to our Unlimited Month to Month & Stay Fit members.
Pop In Hours
If a class time doesn't fit your schedule today you can pop in at whatever time works best for you & do your own thing!
Ignore the 15 minute duration, thats just a technicality on our end. If you are an unlimited member pop ins are included. Stay-fit & class pack holders: pop-ins cost one class. Pop-ins are always available on a drop in basis for $10. Once you're here & signed in you can stay as long as you see fit!
